Don’t be afraid to ask your prospective NJ criminal defense attorney whether or not he/she is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer. Currently, there are just under three-hundred New Jersey criminal attorneys that are certified. While hiring a certified criminal lawyer doesn’t guarantee a better result, you can feel confident that your attorney is experienced and qualified to handle your criminal legal matter.
